Where do your products ship from?
We currently ship our products directly from our factory in China.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are currently between 7 to 14 days. We're a young and growing company, and we're working hard to improve our logistics. In the future, we plan to ship products ourselves, which will significantly reduce delivery times.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we have a 90-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund.
Why are your shipping times longer than other companies?
As a young company, we're currently using a dropshipping model, shipping directly from our factory in China. This means our shipping times are a bit longer than you might be used to. But we're growing and improving our logistics. Soon, we'll be able to ship products ourselves, which will significantly reduce delivery times and further give back to our customers.
